Balances mission driven service delivery with data analysis, report requirements and recommends solutions for improving internal processes to maximize service delivery. Ensures compliance and high-quality reporting to outside groups such as funders; networks with government, businesses, universities, and faith/community-based organizations, and housing advocacy groups throughout CHP’s footprint. Responsible for working with Resident Services staff and leadership to streamline internal processes and strategies to the benefit of CHP residents, staff and other Resident Services stakeholders

Responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining of all business aspects of resident services within an identified geographic area. Provides supervision and support to Resident Services Coordinators; ensures compliance with and reporting to funders; networks with government, businesses, universities, and faith/community-based organizations throughout the identified service area. Performs regularly scheduled audits of service delivery documentation.

Responsible for the creation, implementation, and coordination of resident services delivery to the children, families, and elderly residents of CHP multifamily properties. Conduct regular community assessments to determine service needs and ensure that service delivery addresses the current population and needs; deliver programs in accordance with proprietary program/curriculum; network, build and maintain partnerships with mainstream resources in the service area; ensure and certify compliance with all fundings proffers, grant deliverables, and property implementation plans

SPARK (Students Pursuing Academics, Resources and Knowledge) - Youth academic and engagement program. Camp SPARK's mission is to prepare middle school students for high school and beyond by equipping them with resources for success. The SPARK Camp Director is responsible for the coordination and administration of the SPARK program including but not limited to: planning, organizing, managing, and oversight of all general operation.

The Camp SPARK Assistant Director is responsible for assisting the Camp Director with the coordination of the SPARK program including but not limited to: planning, organizing, and general oversight of Camp operation.

Responsible for assisting in general operation including program creation and implementation of afterschool and summer youth programs, tracking, and supervision of students.
