I’ve led high-performing sales teams at startups, been part of two acquisitions, several funding rounds and worked with industry leaders like Microsoft. In 2014, I combined my passion for cycling and business to launch Swinley Bike Hub, growing it into the South of England’s busiest MTB trail center before expanding into subscription-based cycling and large-scale events. In 2023, I sold my business to Whyte Bikes Ltd.In 2018, a personal health challenge reshaped my perspective, leading me to prioritise overall wellbeing and a data-driven approach to lifestyle changes. By focusing on diet, exercise, and wellness, I transformed my own health journey. This experience fueled my passion for improving men's health, particularly in empowering men to take a proactive role in their physical and mental wellbeing.Focus out of work included competing in expedition races, cycling, and ultra-running. Now, in my 40's, I embrace a balanced approach to health, blending endurance, speed, power, and stamina to optimise performance and longevity resilience. Moving forward, my mission is to continue developing innovative, tech-driven solutions that help men lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
