These activities increased annual revenue by over $3,000,000. • Led color reformulation and installation of colorimeters on 5 TPO lines to tighten color specs and defend over $50,000,000 worth of annual revenue. • Implemented Ignition human-machine interface (HMI), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and measurement execution systems (MES) industrial application platform across 7 ISO plants. • Led wet density reduction efforts across 7 ISO plants resulting in annual savings of over $16,000,000. • In addition to PE manager responsibilities I was the acting Technical Service Manager at our EPDM facility for 5 months. During that time, I de-bottlenecked a major process which is expected to increase daily production by 400,000 sq ft.
