I started out as a sales associate and was quickly promoted to CSM. I was only a CSM for a few months when I was promoted to Pet Care Manager. Duties included scheduling employees, opening/closing the store and cash office, customer service, taking care of and ordering live animals, running cash register, creating cash deposits and calling in change orders, inventory, loss prevention, data entry.

Duties included answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking in and checking out clients, run cash drawer, restraining animals, drawing animal blood, running lab tests, filling prescriptions.
