As an instructional designer I offer learning solutions including eLearning courses, vILT and ILT courses and materials, microlearning solutions, training videos, job aids, and what ever other learning products may be required. I meet the stakeholders where they are in their learning development process, whether that be at the beginning to assist with.

• Developed nine interactive Storyline courses that achieved learning objectives given source material supplied by subject matter experts, such as storyboards, slide decks, and scripts.
• Managed a project of converting over 50 HTML based quizzes to Storyline quiz banks in the span of one month.
• Developed slide templates and other reusable objects that aid in the development of eLearning assets for clients utilizing branding guidelines.

• Converted 3 vILT training videos into Storyline Courses utilizing Articulate Storyline.
• Edited videos and audio using Blender to meet learning objectives, match slide content, and to provide deeper understanding of the content for 3 Storyline courses.
• Converted PowerPoint slide decks to Storyline modules.

• Developed complex Level 2 eLearning courses following the storyboards and design documents using Articulate Storyline 360.
• Provided feedback as needed during the design process for proposed interactions, activities, and multi-media within the eLearning course.

• Consulted with SMEs to design and develop Train-the-trainer ILTs, including presentations, facilitator guides, and participant guides.
• Managed a collaborative team of five team members that worked with organization stakeholders to conduct needs analysis across the organization, and identify which productivity and performance issues were appropriate.
• Co-led a team that designed a training plan and later implemented the training plan for a diverse group of learners needing additional training support. This plan moved the success rate of this group of learners from.
