In Gemalto as Technical Leader I have several areas of responsibility. I am responsible for overall governance of technical part of projects including specification and documentation of all environments, flows and security, negotiating with partners/customers for the details and procedures of integration of all the systems, plus managing other integration engineers' time and tasks to complete the projects. Alongside this I continue with deployment of company internal product and integration them with our partners and customers in Telecom and Banking industry. I am also participating in internal worldwide technical governance to develop and improve processes and knowledge sharing. I also conduct technical sessions coaching other IT professionals on highly technical topics.

In Gemalto I was responsible for deployment of company developed products for Telecommunication partners and also Banking industry and integration with enterprise systems of our partners and customers. As a part of these activities I gained a lot of detailed experience of Smart Cards, Global platform, application servers and deepen my experience of networking, enterprise hardware and Linux administration.

In Idioma I was completely responsible for whole IT infrastructure in non-IT company. It consisted of taking care of the daily operations on network, server and client station and also long term planning and maintenance of the hardware and overall infrastructure. As additional part I also take care of development and improvements of intranet applications.

I worked for Tesco as freelancer and provide structured trainings for standard Microsoft Office products supporting customer's employees in their daily work.

I worked for Autocont as freelancer and performed trainings for standard Microsoft Office products and web technologies.

Leading student club on Czech Technical University, preparing and managing new projects, taking care of financing and accounting.

Taking care of network and IT infrastructure and managing improvements and development. Taking care of web presentation and developing internal management system.
