Working in a team dynamic to manage conduct and promote community development among 200+ First Year college students living in a Resident Hall. Daily and weekly tasks consist of interacting with residents and planning programs that enhance, enrich, and engage the residents with opportunities around the campus or within their major.Currently manage a team of Front Desk Attendants through daily and weekly work delegation to accomplish building wide issues or necessary tasks.

As part of FSAE, I take part in a student run team that engages in the full engineering process of research, design, testing, manufacturing, and validation to further the education outside of classrooms. 2017: Research, Design, and manufacturing of the components that the driver of the vehicle would directly interact with through the duration of operating the car. These systems are broken down into the Seat, Safety Harness, Pedal Assembly, Steering Wheel, Headrest, and Clutch Handle.2016: Directed the manufacturing of the aerodynamic package for the front and rear wing. This required designing parts to hold the wings in place while the individual components bonded together.
