My name is Adam Rice, and I strive to be as progress-minded as possible, whether that is in my personal life, my social life, or my professional life. This takes on a lot of meanings for me.In my professional life, I look to see myself progress individually so I am as proficient at my career as possible. My individual progress is a direct result of a desire to see progress in my business, or my team. I want to strive to be my best for my team so we can be successful.Teamwork is one of my strongest skills, and has been one that has developed from many years in swimming. I believe the want to do as much as you possibly can, totally committing, to a team is one of the most valuable traits a person can have. This means that I will do all I can to follow company policy; aid coworkers; teach future partners; and develop new, more efficient, methods to do whatever I am assigned to do.
