Directed the architecture, development, and launch of the company's online subscription-based network, connecting startups with angel investors, venture capitalists and technology partners. This was an attempt to create the equivalent of AngelList today.

Lead multiple teams to build and launch client sites, including Sundance Catalog and WGBH. Gathered business requirements and provided consulting for many clients, including the James Irvine Foundation. Directed the ArsDigita boot camps in Berkeley, CA.

Implemented high-performing DV and DVCPRO software codecs for the Digital Media SDK. Increased DCT and IDCT performance ten-fold via predictive algorithm. Assisted in firmware development for high-end HDTV, DTV, and DVCPRO video cards for the Origin and Onyx Server series.
