Forming product management and portfolio planing for Entertainment devices in Swisscom (IP Set-top, Cable-PVR, Internet Radios and so on).Building up the team (recruiting & skilling) to carry out the role.Overall responsible of all Swisscom TV and Entertainment devices.Improved recommendation rate of Swisscom TV and reduced support cost by holistic problem analysis which resulted in reduction of unnecessary STB swaps of 60% and reduced average handling time of 30%.
