Greetings, I'm Triumph Hampton, an accomplished professional with a robust background in electrical panel construction and effective manufacturing leadership. Married for eight years with two wonderful children, family is at the heart of my life.My journey into the electrician realm was guided by a suggestion from my father-in-law. After formal training at Independent Electrical Contractors and working as a field electrician, I transitioned to electrical control panel building, discovering my passion. At Kentuckiana Comfort Centers (KCC), I gained essential knowledge before joining Lantech.Lantech, with its focus on Lean philosophy, became the platform for my growth. From mastering standard panel assembly to advancing to complex panels, I thrived on collaborating with engineering to integrate innovative solutions into our systems. A pivotal achievement was leading the creation of a panel verification cell, streamlining processes, and saving significant time. This cell tests live panels, loads PLCs, troubleshoots logic errors, and calibrates HMIs.My journey culminated in the role of Factory Lead, overseeing standard panels, complex panels, panel verification, and the wire harness center. Guided by Lean principles, I foster a culture of continuous improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams and third-party panel builders. In addition, I manage training programs, employee development, and collaborate on innovative projects.As a firm believer in the power of teamwork, I'm committed to driving innovation through collaboration.
