Test Manager UAT - My role involves putting together and building a strong test management team for UAT. And, with the team manage activities like requirement analysis, test design, test planning and test execution phases.

TCS test manager - UAT. Work on test design and test planning phase to decide and agree on the test approach. Work on test strategy preparation. Review BRD/FSD with team to understand requirement, specification and review BSM/TCM prepared by team. Be part of review calls for BSM/TCM and seek appropriate approvals. Work on Environment requirement for the test phase. Assist top management and team in preparation of various MIS and Matrices related to testing and process. Liaise with environment, technology and Project management team to communicate test, environment and various Job playing and file generation requirement to Technology. Be part of defect management and review calls with technology and PMO partners. Prepare and review Exit documents prepared by UAT team and seek stakeholders approval for the same. Supervising a team of 25 members, guiding and motivating them for superior quality of testing and test results. Have detailed understanding of various functional modules like Interest and Changes, Liquidities, ACH and help team with test planning in case of any Change request or Production issues. Preparing Power Point presentation to show daily and weekly UAT progress, activities, various risk to the test completion and sign-off for the top management. Work as an SME and help UAT team understand current system and processes.
