These experiences taught me how to best approach people in charge and how to fit in in complex corporate environments.During the last years I had the opportunity to meet various corporate organizations, and their representatives, to propose our solutions in very different ways and with very different results. These experiences taught me that good communications skills are often good listening skills.Inside our company my position requires to interact, confront and communicate successfully with other different management positions: from CEO to sales, design and marketing. As well as occasional external collaborators.2. Organisational / managerial skills:I'm a natural born perfectionist. The actual job experiences have taught me to focus more on my factual and timing output and that of my team, without leaving too much aside my attention to details.During last years I managed the relationships with different clients on projects that lasted many months, and involved small teams of people. Inside my organization I frequently had to coordinate the needs of different actors with the possibilities offered by our technologies.
