Communication skills:During my experience as a IT Security Consultant I had to relate and communicate with the management of big companies about sensitive topics related to their security, or lack of. These experiences taught me how to best approach people in charge and how to fit in in complex corporate environments.During the last years I had the opportunity to meet various corporate organizations, and their representatives, to propose our solutions in very different ways and with very different results. These experiences taught me that good communications skills are often good listening skills.Inside our company my position requires to interact, confront and communicate successfully with other different management positions: from CEO to sales, design and marketing. As well as occasional external collaborators.2. Organisational / managerial skills:I'm a natural born perfectionist. The actual job experiences have taught me to focus more on my factual and timing output and that of my team, without leaving too much aside my attention to details.During last years I managed the relationships with different clients on projects that lasted many months, and involved small teams of people. Inside my organization I frequently had to coordinate the needs of different actors with the possibilities offered by our technologies. I learned to manage other people and help them achieve their tasks for the benefit of the organization as a whole.I like to support and teach and I had the pleasure to help grow the technical skills different people, at the job place and outside.Recently I started to gain an experience in organizing events with hundreds of participants. 3. Public speaking skills:Regular attendee at many cybersecurity conferences across Europe and Asia from 2007 to 2010.Speaker, during the same period, in many public and private italian events, like SMAU and MOCA, concerning IT Security and IT in general with presentations about quantum cryptography, web security and advanced vulnerability discovery techniques across different kind of applications and platforms.Speaker about mass government surveillance at the first edition of the Digital Ethics Forum in 2019.
