Current1. Conduct HSE inspection at work area & rectify all unsafe act/conditionto detect deviation, near miss.2. Checking the condition of production equipment (pumps, valves, tanks,pipes), pressure vessels, conveyances, and storage areas of Oil andother B3 Materials.4. Ensure every employee / contractor who will enter the factoryenvironment to get a safety induction and notification of dangerousareas in the workshop.5. Conduct data collection, demand and distribution of PPE to allemployees in accordance with the level of work environment hazard.6. Provide training and safety test to new employees and contractors whowill enter the factory area.7. Conduct examination related work permit administration, hot work,confined spaces, and administration of safety learning, accidentsimulation.8. Holding competitions on OHSE to grow awareness level of allemployees about the importance of OSHE in the company environment.9. Recording inventory on raw material entry, use of production materialsand the number of products produced then reported to the manager.10. Analyzing problems with production process accidents, and impacts onthe production process.11. Report problem identification and corrective action (PICA) afterinspection.12. Regulating daily reported for weekly & monthly report.13. Record & keep safety document (Work Permit, Hot Work Permit, SOP,JSEA, checklist etc.)14. Conducting accident and incident report. Show less
