New York Yacht Club Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to ensure the historic preservation of its landmark clubhouses in New York and Newport. I oversaw the development, expansion and administration of all Foundation fundraising programs and communications including the organization’s long-term strategic plans. Guiding the marketing for historic Bowen's Wharf, the anchor of the Newport waterfront. Responsible for sponsorship; print, television and online promotions for the company and for Bowen's Wharf Merchants' Association; press for the roster of events (Newport Oyster Festival, Newport Wooden Boat Show, Seafood Festival, Christmas Tree Lighting, Illuminated Boat Parade Block Party and more! Developed creative activations to engage visitors and locals.

Launched, produced and promoted this two-day waterfront oyster festival and all the vendors and sponsors for four years. Created successful economic, sustainability, and branding partnerships with The Nature Conservancy of Rhode Island, Ocean State and East Coast Aquaculture Associations, and Oliver Hazard Perry RI Tall Ship. Developed sponsorships with fantastic colleagues from Moet & Chandon, Ardbeg, Belvedere, Cloudy Bay Vineyards, Tanqueray, Captain Morgan, Don Julio, Bulleit, Whalers, Santa Margherita USA, and others!

Responsible for design and execution of graphic materials to support shipbuilding, development and education endeavors for Rhode Island's Official Sailing Education Vessel. As a board member I now liaise with the strong in-house team for PR, and other marketing strategies.

During leadership transition I prioritized main areas of activity to stabilize until new Director was in place for the key summer season. Managed programming and payments for instructors; collaborated with creative agency on spring/summer schedules and catalog launch.
