Work involves:=> Operational: Monitoring, Incident management, Technical support, On-call support, Performance management, Capacity management, License management.=> Monitoring & support: Ensuring systems run continuously without any downtime or interruptions to guarantee reliable, high performance and optimal security.: Define regular back-up procedures that minimize down time and loss of data in the event of system failure and establishing a formal process to be followed when disaster occurs.: Generate detailed daily/ periodic reports.: Maintain daily log/journal for all systems activities and circumstances surrounding it: Recommend and maintain necessary tools to enhance system performance, integrity and administration such as anti-virus protection and new system updates/requirements: Do analysis and resolution of incidents: Work out the recurrent incidents (problem) with the build team to improve overall quality of service=> Systems Maintenance and continuity: Ensuring the systems are well maintained with real-time healthy continuity monitoring.: Configuration of Monitoring Systems with adherence to information and systems security to intruders.: Studying and Analyzing system requirements for change request and managing the systems change request procedures to completion. => Organization development: Relationship Between individuals, between units or departments that perform different tasks, and between the people and requirements of their jobs=> Resource & Knowledge management: Secure knowledge sharing by setting up a solution to store Architecture specifications, source codes, operational procedure & user guides so that continuity can be achieved: Knowledge mapping (identify per system the skills to secure back up): Promote best practice transfer, internal coaching & support: Identify gaps and needs for training

• Managing ICT equipment inventory.• Providing first and second level systems and end user support including: Operating systems and applications installations, network connectivity, and hardware repairs.• Supplementing end user support staff through follow-up on ICT equipment maintenance and user support.• Giving technical assistance to users by troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues.• Training users on helpdesk tools and new technologies.• Assisting users with use of new application systems.• Distributing and installing ICT facilities at user’s desks and helping them connect to the network.• Carrying out hardware repairs on ICT equipment.• Setting up ICT facilities in meeting rooms.• Enforcing all ICT security policies.
