- Support Brand Strategy team on custom branding and market research studies.- Strategic planning: provide the long-term strategic development direction for the brands based on brand audit, competitive analysis, market segmentation.- Market research across multiple industries: conduct both primary and secondary research to identify competitive gap of the brands on the market.- Product R&D: ideate, research and promote new products for serving the demands of clients.

- Assisting the recruitment team in organizing event.- Hosting and leading activities and games for young children.- Communicating with parents.

- Supporting the team to create a fulfilling event.- Leading the campus tour in order to introduce the school's information for potential customers.- Communicating with more than 500 potential customers.

- Collaborating with External Relations Department to connect with other clubs from other universities.- Creating and developing tools and methods to optimize the club management and projects management.- Collecting and processing data and information for the past and current projects, aiming to better outcomes for the future projects.

- Identifying target audience and researching audience insights.- Brainstorming the briefs for Key Visual, budget proposal visualization, project's videos,...- Collaborating with PR Team.- Working directly with third parties (Video editor, Designer,...) to materialize the team's idea.- Managing approximately 20 Media Ambassador across the countries through online.
