It is more than likely that I invented and have now fully developed (focused on Continuous Improvement Methodology) On-Site IT Support Services originating in Ft. Meyers, Florida in early 1996 - computing components were not yet ubiquitous in the home or business environments. The notion of 'on-site IT support' was not available nor within the public awareness. The idea in those days was to provide vacationing and traveling business people mobile IT Support when they arrived in Florida with their laptops or other portable technology requirements. I then moved to Brandon, FL, and set up shop here as The Boss & Executive Producer; On-Site IT Support for Corporate - SOHO Business Offices - Home Users; serving Brandon - Tampa, FL and a 50-mile radius since late 1996. Accredited by the Florida Better Business Bureau, we have kept our prices steady and unchanged since 2003! Our response time is second to none; we work efficiently and an important part of our job as we see it to save our customers time and money on a wide variety of products & services. My company was originally launched in 1995 as I was then working as an employment recruiter 'headhunter' + providing all computer and IT support. Technology has been the main focus of my employment career - nearly my entire adult life, in one form or another. Troubleshooting 'problems' (e.g. IT issues, etc.) has always been my forte since I was a small lad troubleshooting neighborhood issues which came up from time to time. I was the go-to guy.

In 1985, PICO Management tasked me to design & develop the Progressive Tool & Industries Machine Preventive Maintenance Department from scratch providing service to over 350 machines in 7 different corporate buildings across the Detroit Metropolitan area and suburbs, which also included 10 mission-critical air compressor systems (rotary screw, single, and two-stage stationary and portable industrial air compressors; up to 50 HP - Ingersoll-Rand). My Preventive Maintenance Department Model has been presented numerous Quality Control & Continuous Improvement Management ISO 9000 awards from the likes of General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Harley-Davidson, Toyota, and Chrysler Corporations, to name a few. My Department Quality Control Model was then adopted Corporate-wide. I was also responsible for purchasing all hydraulic/machine tool/lubrication oil supplies for 10 corporate locations, machine tool coolants, expendable and failed machine tool hardware & electrical components, and other machine tool supplies in a timely (JIT) fashion. I was also the Safety Officer overseeing 7 manufacturing locations, working closely with OHSA, and ensuring full safety compliance.
