I will keep on trucking until success has been reached. (December 2024) It is still broken and wonky despite following its steps to a 'T' - several times on a new phone. Ugh. FYI, every time the process fails, CLEAR has its process set up I must wait 30-DAYS to try again. I have conducted extensive troubleshooting on the issue and perhaps my driver's license photo (5 years old) will not scan properly into their system. My driver's license will be renewed on or before January 2025, so we'll see. CLEAR needs an alternative way (Plan B) to verify identity. It's the only right thing to do in this age of overly complicated software platforms - now rendered even more convoluted with the embedding of AI.
