I have worked for the last few years as an occasional freelance bicycle mechanic, mainly for events across London for the likes of Transport For London, London cycling Campaign and several London borough councils as well as some corporations in the city and Canary Wharf. I now run a company with a collective of freelance bicycle medics.

www.road.cc is an interactive road cycling website where users can join a community of like minded pedalling enthusiasts and get all their bicycle related news, reviews and bike knowledge. I keep communication with our users alive through integrated social media networking and develop the strategy for getting more traffic to the site. Ranked 34th in the Socialbrands100.com for 2012, which was better place than media giants such as the BBC! I started road.cc on Facebook and Twitter arguing (yes, argue) my point to why they would be important tools to channel traffic to the road.cc website. Collectively the two social media platforms drive almost 1/3 of their 1.5 million monthly users. I'm also In-charge of branding and merchandising of road.cc and built their webstore shop.road.cc I'm road.cc's man about town, reporting on London events and bike scene and also do reviews on urban cycle attire and products.Cycling is my passion, I commute 20+ miles per day on my bicycle, rain or shine, all year round.Road.cc website went live in Sept 2008 and has 300,000 unique visitors a month (April 2011)

I oversee the manufacturing facility that produces custom earmoulds, the type you see in musicians ears or in the lug holes of presenters on the telly. In fact we manufacture earmoulds many different applications; for noise protection; swimming; communications; or earphones that fit perfectly in your ear for the ultimate sonic performance from your audio monitors. If you have had any made for you, chances are that the lab I work in made them. I am there to introduce procedure and process so that the lad can attain an efficient workflow and improve productivity as the market is expanding and this growth will need accommodating. We still make some moulds using traditional hand made methods using a gel negative but the clever tech is in our 3D scanning and 3D printer which are capable of producing very accurate results.

Loc8tor is a small electronics company selling a unique 'finding tool' , hand-held electronic gadget which used RFid technology. Role: Head of direct sales and marketing. Duties: Looked after agency PR. Created all advertising both online and print. Developed buying intensives and promotions strategy.Created a car finder gadget for Chevrolet as part of their online viral campaign.Helped develop new website. Design input for new product usability, aesthetic and packaging.

Initially High Rider started off as an importer and distributor of small west coast American mountain bike brands. In late 1999 a small retail unit was acquired and the company concentrated mainly on skateboarding. The place was crazy but maybe a little misunderstood for rural Somerset. It even had a mini ramp in the shop for a couple of years! We designed and printed the infamous Frome T-shirt, selling over 4 thousand of them! We were an early adopter of E-commerce.
