Current• Developed practice representing and advising clients in early startup phases, construction/contracting, real estate property holdings, estate planning, family law, bankruptcy, and credit restoration.• Conduct extensive legal research and research and advise clients on mechanic’s liens, real estate holdings, asset valuation and tracing, business valuation, secured and unsecured debts, and priority of liens while protecting various assets throughout contracting life cycle, dissolution of marriage, bankruptcy, and other matters.• Prepare and review financial statements, contracts, and premarital agreements.• Create asset protection strategies; carry strategies through negotiation and litigation in accordance with client goals.• Conduct detailed financial negotiation with opposing parties, trustees, and creditors.• Advise on business formation, entity selection, and draft operating agreements, by-laws, and state registration documents and represent clients through actions involving business litigation and business dissolution.• Ensure business compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations by preparing registration of business entities, securing tax identification numbers, and drafting and filing annual reports.• Represent clients in creditor/debtor matters including collections, bankruptcy, FDCPA, and FCRA.
