I have never been one to back down from a challenge. All throughout high school I played tennis, and my team and I won our sectional championship three out of the four years. My senior year was the most difficult, it was tied down to the last match of the night. My teammate and I were losing the game, and had to come back 4 games to win. There was so much pressure and so much negativity coming from the other team, but my teammate and I kept going each round. I kept pushing and pushing and telling my teammate to keep going and stay positive. We ended up winning that match, and winning the Sectional trophy. I never stopped believing and stayed positive throughout the worst parts of the game, and also helped my teammate do the same exact thing, in order for us to win. That helped my team and I win that trophy, but I have always found myself helping others and making sure that they themselves are staying positive and staying focused so that we never give up. It is a part of my everyday life, to keep going and never give up on the task at hand.
