As Delivery Manager, I led the team responsible for the Nintex Xtensions framework, bringing critical connectivity capabilities to Nintex, allowing customers to orchestrate their business processes across all of their systems. The opportunity to start and grow such a pivotal team and drive core technology decisions could not be overlooked, so I accepted the challenge of moving to a new country and shifting from a broad role to a more narrow, focused role.
