During my 12yrs at Hotwire I was tasked in multiple roles. Within the business development and sales divisions I took on the Sales Engineer role and performed all necessary site assessments to ensure engineering teams could provide services based on client expectations, while supporting the business development goals for 4 vertical markets (Fision U/ Fision Home/ Fision Encore/ Fision Stay brands). I attended client meetings to augment the sales teams technology presentation also provided the ongoing client technical support from preliminary meetings through budget & proposal phases , launch and beyond. Advising sales teams on system design to ensure budgetary analysis meets return on investment models.As a Project /Construction Manager I worked with engineering and provisioning groups on client expectations, coordinated and managed teams to efficiently and effectively implement system solutions at client properties. I developed detailed SOWs (Statements of Work) for labor vendors and BOMs (Bill of material) for equipment vendors, negotiating product pricing and labor wage rates. I created project plans including timelines for implementation including engineering, construction, purchasing, marketing, customer impact and scheduling.I managed all aspects of the construction process from bid proposal & award to labor implementation and launch. I developed multiple million dollar budgets with an 18mo ROI modeling. In 3yrs(2016 – 1st QTR 2019) I’ve created over 200 construction budgets for RFP’s and managed over 33 projects generating revenue streams for a little over 6,100 units and 12,000 beds within the student housing division covering territories from New York to Ohio and Texas to Florida.

We focused on OSP Distribution; pre- and post-wires for MDUs servicing dozens of PCO clients ranging from Pennsylvania through New Jersey and down to Virginia.
