Responsible for strategies and execution for development, delivery, oversight and success of company's analytics and applied business intelligence initiatives for TNG. Core responsibilities include assess business requirements, gain business and IT support to align BI initiatives with business strategy and priorities. Design, build and manage BI roadmap. Manage a cross-company collaborative effort inclusive of SME’s from departments for knowledge transfer, joint commitment to build a enterprise-wide culture for data-based decision-making, leveraging people, process and technology for change management and adoption. Drive data quality initiatives to support BI program including development and monitoring data quality KPI's relative to BI program.

Transitioned Mercury Retail Services assets and infrastructure to TNG. Moved Dallas and Houston facilities to new locations and made system and communication ready.

Lead 20 total staff, creating strategy and tactical planning to support Programming, Distribution, Business intelligence, EDI and UPC administration groups. Emphasis on restructuring/gaining operating efficiencies in declining market environment.

Optimized pickup of 1,000+ new accounts (including Walmart) representing $150M added revenue. Designed and staffed new Category Management group and integrated business processes with core distribution environment.• Enabled growth from $180M to $330M. Built scalable IT infrastructure serving 7,300 retail accounts across 9 states. • Instituted POS replenishment, generating $5M additional annual billing and $2M additional revenue.

Led Central Division IT and IS groups during dramatic business transition. Directed 8 internal staff and ~15 outsourced resources, integrating new customer requirements for companies such as Walmart, and rolling out technology and reporting systems for new field associates and internal management reporting.• Installed 1st company Intranet Web Portal, data warehouse and .net environment to serve management with reporting, reconciliation and tracking systems.• Created Web Portal (ISupply) for field associates for order submission. Cut lag time between submission and fulfillment by 2 days. • Consolidated 7 pick n pack operations to 2, reducing staff 40%. Led conversion team to merge systems and install communications network changing out locations from 2 Distribution Centers (DC) to 5 satellite depots.
