I'm an electrical engineer working primarily with full-stack software development and software-defined network design with an interest in .Motivated by developing systems in an efficient and organized manner whether legacy or green-field, and contributing to the team's work planning and process documentation. I enjoy actively following where the industry is headed in terms of tools and technologies, but also to reduce cognitive overhead wherever possible - it can be an interesting balancing act at times. Having a life-long interest in science and technology, my strongest trait is a highly logical and structured thought process . Whether designing Flutter frontends, stress testing GraphQL APIs in Rust, or porting legacy monolith systems to a distributed microservice architecture in Kubernetes, I focus on simplicity, robustness, and generality when making design choices, and to stay consistent and on-track to meet deadlines. With a background in physics, I have a unique perspective on many engineering challenges, and I bring this knowledge and experience to bear on problems that can often be difficult to tackle with a standard engineering toolkit. Breaking down high-level requirements to well-defined tasks using first principles can help ensure a solid foundation to complex projects.Successes include cross-platform Angular and Flutter applications for Android, iOS, and Web, modernizing Java EE legacy software, migrating connected applications from a traditional networking cluster to Kubernetes, and developing a data analysis tool connected to an embedded system with multiple sensors and actuators for use in a medical research project.
