About Troels Hilstrøm
I’m pleased to announce that I have started my own consultancy company. TH Process Solutions offer to support your organization with process and equipment development within the field of biosolid and biomass treatment technologies. This can be the tech-transfer from laboratory to pilot scale or from pilot scale to full scale. You might also have a running installation you want to optimize. I have extensive experience in upscaling of processes, solving problems and optimizing performance of complex processes by analyzing the full process and identifying the root cause of the problem. TH Process Solutions can support you in the complete process from idea, concept development, sales/partnership with customer, design, production, installation and commissioning. TH Process Solutions have 18 years long experience from research, innovation, development and integration of new technologies for biosolid and biomass treatment. The first 8 years I developed processes and process equipment for 2nd generation bioethanol. The following 10 years I developed the Haarslev Continuous Hydrolysis System (HCHS) THP process with Flash Cooling along with equipment developed for customers using their proprietary process technology. Most groundbreaking developments I have made are the HCHS continues THP unit with integrated Flash Cooler. If you are a plant operator/developer TH Process Solutions can support you around either THP, drying and/or evaporation matters and more.
