CurrentStarted working at Autoparts24 when it was a small startup.Since that autoparts24 has developed into the world biggest shop for pre-owned car parts.Starting as the solo developer in autoparts24 i build the webshop, database, integration to suppliers and to ebay, and well as having the responsibility of our ERP system handling shipments via DHL and UPS.Since that we have expanded into a large team of developers and external suppliers.Autoparts24 has consolidated its position as Europas nr. 1 shop for used car parts by developed an recommendation engine that can recommend prices to suppliers to ensuring they can stay on top of the competition. Equally we developed a system to match and enrich data to ensure the customer has all information needed when making a purchase.Some milestones:Developing and maintaining our search engine (Solr)Planing our MySQL db keeping an updated catalog of more than 7 million unique car parts from Suppliers all over Europa. Setup of Git, Jira, development and releaseflow, codereviews setup all in the Atlassian software world.Developing and maintaining multilingual webshopCreating intergrations to (car)dismantler software all over europa (Denmark, Sweden, Germany, France, Holland).Creating an eBay shop with more than 1 million unique parts for salePlanning and executing SEO strategy taking autoparts24 on top of danish seo market, afterwards executing same in DE, GB and FR.Outsourcing web developmentManage a team of 4 developers in CPH, as well as development team in Bosnia.Migrating financial system to Economic and later to XAL.Create REST APi's to communicate with all external systems in json, XML, csv and other formats.
