As the editorial intern to the books editor at Food & Wine magazine, assisted in editing all Food & Wine Cookbooks (Staff Favorites, The Food & Wine 2015 Annual Cookbook, Mad Genius, Staff Favorites: Just Desserts, Mastering Recipes, and The Food & Wine 2016 Annual Cookbook), managed the books list to track other important publication dates and relevant works from food personalities and writers, kept track of chef and author contracts, and wrote related stories for the F&W blog.

Assisted the events team in creating proposals for several major events, ranging from a top performers rewards trip, to a 500 person regional meeting and yearly sales conference for 2500+ attendees. Drafted RFPs for both event vendors and perspective corporate incentive companies.
