I am a proud holder of a Master's degree in IT - Design, Media and Communication from Copenhagen. March 2025 I will have 17 years of experience from the IT and design industry.As a Service Designer and a Business Analyst. I work with people, business, Figma and Miro. I am a big supporter of ethnography and fieldwork, live and via e.g., Teams. I really enjoy drinking coffee with people from the target audience. When the opportunity arises, I visit them at work to observe and learn.I thrive in collaboration with other people and have gained very good experiences with international digital office. In project teams, I typically take the initiative for target group analysis, fieldwork, concept development, process drawing and involvement of relevant people. My fads are relevance, needs and adoption opportunities.Hobbies and leisure are important for functioning well as a human being. Car culture is important to me.
