As part of Vietnam Campaign Operations - Creator Campaign Team, I have accumulated hands-on experiences in:- Campaign Strategy & Management: Take over the development and execution of comprehensive campaigns for top creators, including strategic planning, project management, budgeting, and optimization.- Creator Growth Initiatives: Drive creator engagement, growth, and participation in campaigns by leveraging insights into market trends and creator behaviors.- Innovative Campaign Execution: Expanded campaigns beyond e-commerce livestream to achieve social and media outreach- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery and synergy across creator management, marketing communications, regional strategy, PR, and more.

As an Account Coordinator, I had a chance to:- Learn and enhance Project Management skills through both internal and external coordination to ensure a project is done with goals monitored and met with high efficiency and effectiveness; - Do cooperation contracts (such paperwork as Contract, Simple CE, PO, PSP, BI, and Invoice) and work with suppliers, freelancers, and KOL Agencies to meet clients' request;- Execute marketing communication campaigns in response to clients' requests while maintaining and developing client relationships.

In partnership with Kaplan Higher Education Academy/Institute and Raffles College of Higher Education (Singapore), EnZ Global organizes week-long summer camps in Singapore for the well-rounded development and skill sets of high school students in Vietnam. Working as a Content Developer has offered me chances to:- Design and develop educational content that aims at students' development;- Coach and mentor student participants as a team;- Work with international partners overseas;- Be an educational leader.

The goal of TEDxGreenwichUniversityDanang is to promote inclusion, equality, and equity. It aims to be a platform where youngsters’ voices and ideas and are valued to their greatest extent. Young people are invited to raise their voices for whatever they can speak and to take part in whatever they can do because #WeAllMatter for whomever we are and whatsoever mission we carry when we came into being.In this event, I had a chance to:- Create content and curate speeches to deliver and reinforce the key messages;- Coach speakers in public speaking;- Attract 300+ attendees from all walks of life, including corporate leaders, prestigious educators, high school students.
