Main responsibilities:- Account manager: Take care of priority customer: making contracts,annex, take notice of fluctuation of oil price to adjust transportationprice, take care of customers regularly, receive customer feedback toforward to relevant departments.- Self-Purchase: working with the Vendor to find the best rate, negotiate with both the vendor and customer to win the bidding or order.- Bidding: preparing bidding documents, collect information frompurchasing department, costing staff, Ho Chi Minh and Da Nangbranches to complete quotations form, then send to the manager forinspection.- Make quotation when requested from the company, self-manageadhoc orders, new routes before handing over to other departments.- Support other sales staff in the department with contracts,quotation, prepare bidding documents.- Collect data from sales staff to make reporting.- Telesales, call to introduce shipping services, find new customers
