TWEAKED BY TRON, LLC., is a beauty experience centered around enhancing one's natural beauty. Humbly started as a collegiate endeavor, TWEAKED has grown from an in-dorm eyelash parlor to an iconic lash and faux loc suite. It has been a pleasure growing TWEAKED into its own distinct brand, eagerly servicing hundreds of women in both the Memphis and DC areas.

Mustard Seed is a non profit organization that serves the 38126 community in Memphis. The organization hosts a youth-based program that teaches nutrition, career readiness, interpersonal skills and more, completely free of cost to participating students. My role within the organization is centered around working directly with program leaders, parents, and students as a data analyst to improve the overall participant experience and increase funding.

The LAY Organization is a faith-based organization aimed at touching those who have been missed by the hand of grace. I serve as a coordinator responsible for arranging consistent outreach and volunteer efforts.

During my junior and senior years, I interned at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) in the area of community health outcomes. With the help of my mentor, we ultimately published research on racial breast cancer disparities affecting Black women in the city of Memphis.

Through Americorps, I worked at BRIDGES, USA, a Memphis-based program geared towards youth in grades 6-12 who eagerly seek to connect, collaborate, and make change. As an organization, BRIDGES prides itself on being a safe space where diverse Memphis youth collaboratively discuss health, educational, social, financial, and environmental issues affecting the city of Memphis and beyond. As a staff member, I was responsible for cultivating and maintaining before-mentioned safe space, gleaning insight from the youth, while leading critical thinking and team building activities, directing creative performances, coordinating and volunteering for multiple community outreach efforts, and facilitating in depth discussions about self, community, and the world.
