Manage the Preventative Maintenance Program for a fleet of Trucks and Chassis trailers that are positioned throughout the United States. Recruit, hire and train qualified Commercially licensed drivers for positions throughout the United States. Build and maintain driver qualification files in accordance with DOT rules and regulations. Build and maintain a Transportation Safety program that trains drivers on topics such as Distracted driving, following distance, inclement weather driving, maintaining proper speed, the importance of seat belts, Pre-Trip & Post-Trip inspections and Safe backing procedures. Manage the Pre-employment & Random drug testing program per FMCSA & DOT regulations.

Transported Chemicals to 48 states and Canada. Operate a 2016 Freightliner truck pulling 48' tanker trailers. Onload and offload chemicals using pumps and or Air. Perform preventative maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure it adheres to all Department of Transportation rules and regulations.

Manage the day to day operations of a full service daiquiri bar. Directly responsible for 12 full-time employees and 10 part-time employees. Maintained daily, weekly, monthly and yearly budgets. Responsible for purchasing and for the marketing of the business. Adhered to all Local and state regulations as they pertained to the sale of alcohol and tobacco. Averaged sales of over $75,000 on a monthly basis.

Detected and arrested drivers that are driving under the influence, found to have outstanding warrants or found in possession of illegal narcotics. Testify in felony court proceedings and in insurance depositions.

Manage the day to day operations and maintenance of 30 OH-58D helicopters. Directly responsible for over 100 maintenance personnel who include but are not limited to, electricians, engine mechanics, prop & rotor mechanics and body repair mechanics. Responsible for over $250,000,000 in equipment. Manage a budget of $10,000 a day to purchase aircraft replacement components. Extensively trained in Leadership and supervision. Have attended five levels of leadership training in the U.S. Army to include; Primary Leadership Development Course, Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course, U.S. Army Drill Sergeant School, Warrant Officer Candidate School and Warrant Officer Basic Course. Provided focused feedback on maintenance procedures and downed aircraft recovery operations to the Senior Aviation Trainer for formal after action reviews.Responsible to coach, teach, and mentor Aviation Task Force Intermediate and Unit-Level Maintenance leadership to prepare them for combat operations in support of the Global War on Terrorism. Have been directly responsible for up to 150 personnel on a daily basis. Have attended various Aviation Maintenance courses to include -Army/Airforce Hydraulics & Pneudraulics Course
