About Mark Trout

I am currently looking for opportunities in customer service. My background includes over 15 plus years of solving problems for clients both in person and in phone center operations. Strong ability in tracking and reporting. My career is built on an educational background of a B.A.in recreation administration and Diploma in Travel and Tourism.My most recent assignment was at the Araphoe LIbrary District as a Customer Service Associate/Material Handler. This including setting up computer labs for clients, receiving, sorting and stocking new publications and books and solving problems for library patrons.Before that I worked for both Navigant TQ3 and then Carlson Wagonlit in travel services and fulfillment. Carlson Wagonlit purchased Navigant in 2003 and I stayed with the organization. I my role I handled data collection and reporting for call center operations. I also handled in bound calls and developed a strong skill at calming down angry customers.
