Employee Advocate
CurrentProvide support to clients’ employees through verbal & written communication related to Health and Welfare. Participate in training of annual client open enrollment strategic planning. Provide resolution to client inquiries by using available resources and sound judgment to determine need of escalation. Collaborate with team members to ensure client requests are executed appropriately and in a timely manner. Review processes and procedures creating efficiencies and best practice through identification of reoccurring problems and/or trends
