I was in charge of product marketing for the IpTV project: I followed the whole product definition and deployment, up to the launch.Main responsability: -To launch IpTV. Wind, as many telco around the world, decided to launch a sort of cable TV, using the cheaper DSL connection. -To define the product features, contents and TV channels.-To build the purchasing process and to define content offer.

I was a part of the Product marketing team that worked on Internet Access. I took care of ADSL product management, thus enlarging my knowledge of the telecom products and processes.Main responsibility, in addition to “regular” product management work:-my first job had the goal to foster churn in from other DSL providers, with the “Passa a Libero” project. It is still in place and it has been copied by everyone else in the marketplace!-I head the adsl web site restyling, that brought us to increase web acquisition by 20%-I supported Regulatory in collecting incidents of Telecom Italia unfair behaviour on Customers activations.

I did many jobs on web marketing, as a responsible of different areas within Libero. It portal:-the mall (a third parties e-commerce area): where I managed the business partners and some co-branded sites, with objectives of lead and traffic generation. - the shopping area: with the responsibility of a commercial budget of web services sales. My goal was to design an effective purchasing process (we started from scratch), and to acquire customers realizing web campaigns.- the search area: developing new services on Libero search engine (Arianna) and looking at web search profitability.
