As an ALSSM I managed all aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, managing, and assessing performance of assigned ALSS under this Statement of Work (SOW), including:Positions / labor categories are executing their responsibilities efficiently and effectively.Ensures all necessary contractor ALSS support is available.Ensures on-time delivery of RSO and/or detail support (equipment).Perform managerial logistical functions,Prepares and maintain property, maintenance, and operational records.Prepares periodic/scheduled reports.Act as liaison with governmental agencies when necessary to ensure visas, custom Clearances, and other government authorizations

As a ALSS I was responsible for overseeing and scheduling of vehicles supporting protective operations. Duties may include, vehicle procurement, receiving, shipping, maintenance scheduling/tracking, repairs scheduling/tracking, serviceability, fuel logs, dispatch records, transfer of vehicles, and maintain an active and accurate record of all vehicles assigned to protective operations (both armored and unarmored). The ALSS assists in the planning, development, and administration of a comprehensive administrative program to serve the needs of the DS Agents and PSS assigned to protective operations.

Provides leadership and direction of Joint Distribution Center (JDC) staff to ensure safe and accurate staging of shipments for onward movement in accordance with the Statement of Work. Review and prioritize tasks required to accomplish the mission and distributes work assignments to staff to ensure adherence to established deadlines.Direct JDC employees on the proper procedures for receiving, storage and shipment of various classes of supply.Coordinate with customer (military) on providing Hazardous Materials Declaration forms for shipping hazardous material.Participant in Brigade and Battalion level meetings in reference to JDC operationsResolve customer issues concerning receiving, shipment and tracking of freightEnforce the Scope of Work for JDC is being met from JDC employees

Primary responsibility is to transfer and/or supervise the transfer of passengers and cargo to and from air, land and water transport by manual and mechanical methods. This job requires attention to detail and precision in loading and unloading supplies and materials using equipment such as forklifts and cranes, as well as planning and organizing loading schedules. My duties include:Checking, tallying and documenting cargo using manual and automated data processing systems. Loading and unloading supplies and equipment from watercraft, docks, beaches, railheads, boxcars, warehouses, motor vehicles and aircraft.
