I am experienced in managing teams and working collaboratively with key stakeholders, I apply my people leadership skills to build strong working relationships and am an advocate of professional development. Proficient in the use of technology, computer software and applications and adept at using and navigating several platforms, I have the ability to efficiently troubleshoot and solve issues. Dedicated to compliance, I ensure policies and procedures are upheld and confidentiality is maintained.I started my working life as an apprentice Plant Mechanic in Kalgoorlie, where I gained hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery used in mining operations, knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, and electrical systems, the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics and learnt strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
