Provide various environmental services for clients for the purpose of land planning and development. These services include:• Environmental assessments of property for determination of location of wetlands, endangered species, environmentally sensitive areas, etc.• Wetland delineations• Riparian Buffer Determinations• 404/401 Permitting• Buffer Authorization Permitting• Permitting of coastal projects through NC Division of Coastal Management under the Coastal Area Management Act (CAMA) regulations.• Coordination with local, State and Federal regulatory agencies for the purpose of wetland review, permit application review and concurrency with current regulations.• Post-development coordination for permit compliance• Resolution of permit/regulatory violations
