Currently employed as an Information Technology Administrator for the Christian County Health Department. My duties include Helpdesk management, client workstation support, printer installation/support, software application support, computer imaging, WLAN management, DHCP support, and network server support. While supporting a staff of 40 employees, I also serve as a liaison between the facility and the states’ Information Services management team. I work with state employees and technical contractors to maintain an enterprise class network to prevent downtime and delays. As a HIPPAA compliant administrator, I provide confidential systems support for FOUO and HIPPA based systems.
