My role was to manage, oversee and be responsible for all design activities for the Fleetwood Design Dept. My primary focus are projects for the Qld Department of Education (DETE) while also liaising with other departments to assist when required.

My main role at KHA was that of Senior Architect, while also undertaking the roles of Quality Assurance (QA) Manager and Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) Manager.While at KHA I have undertaken a vast number of projects over the eight (8) years of my employment. I have been involved with all stages of the design/construction process from Schematic Design to Contract Administration. I have been fortunate to work on Residential projects from houses to Multi-Unit dwellings up to 5 stories and approx. 28 units. While these types of projects dominated my time at KHA, I was also lucky to be able to design and take through the Town Planning approval process a 15,000m2 mixed-use commercial development on Brisbane’s south side and a resort located in Byron Bay.In 2009, I lead KHA through the ‘Queensland Government Quality Assured Supplier’ process. This involved evaluating and adjusting the company’s processes, then setting up procedures to allow tracking of information throughout the design and documentation stages.
