The types of artificial lift components include, ESP's, Sucker Rod Pumps, Plunger Lift, Gas Lift and PCP pumps. I am also responsible for the design and application of all down hole equipment such as, rods, tubing, TAC’s, BHA’s (sand screens, de-sanders, gas anchors/dip tubes, various sizes of sucker rod pumps, packers etc..) I am currently the Lean Sigma Black Belt over the Routin Well Work Team Program and we are on track to deliver $49,605,000 in AFB from 16 Lean Sigma Projects. I work closely with the Production Engineers, Production Team Leads and Operations Supervisors to evaluate failures and develop the best course of action to return the failed wells back to production. I am highly proficient in the use of RODSTAR, XDIAG, RODDIAG, XBAL, SROD, LOWIS, WELLVIEW, ECHOMETER TWM/TAM, SAM's POC Controller, Lufkin Well Manager and Microsoft Office Suite to design and develop various types of Artificial Lift Equipment for existing base business and new drill wells.

• Directed a team of 13 company employee’s and 30 contractors in the daily operations of the SW Area team which consisted of the following activities: Pigging and Pipe Line Operations, Compressor Maintenance and Repair, Artificial Lift Maintenance and Repair, Well Workover Operations to include Pulling units, Flush By Units and Co-Rod Units, Surface Equipment (De-hydrators, tanks, vessels, PSV’s, separators, plunger lift equipment, wellheads etc..) maintenance and repairs and chemical treatment operations. • Responsible for budget, cost and production target deliverables for the SW Area. • Maintained and Operated the Picnic Flats lateral that included 25 High Speed compressors, multiple sizes of pipeline, Pump Jacks, Electronic Submersible Pumps (ESP’s), O2 analyzers and 425 coal bed methane and conventional wells• Perform fluid level shots utilizing the Echometer Total Well Management software to determine liquid level in wellbore and optimized artificial lift equipment based on fluid shot data• Utilize production graphs and evaluated well capabilities thru a Wonderware and Citrix server to predict liquid loading of natural gas wells and developed a proactive well stimulation plan and conducted Well reviews with field technicians to optimize production• Utilize ArcGIS software to write Isolation and Emergency response procedures for well sites, pipelines and natural gas compressors• Trained fellow employees on the operation and maintenance of Ajax compressors• Trained fellow employees on the operation and maintenance of High speed reciprocating and screw compressors.• Involved in well site, compressor, and artificial lift installation processes to include P&ID development, Hazwoper, RAT, LOPA, ETP’s and process design and installation reviews• Developed safety shutdowns and control philosophy in Koyo and Control wave panels on all high speed compressors to allow for vacuum compression.
