With over 20 years of work experience in the IT field, I am a seasoned and versatile Technology Solutions Architect who loves to manage the digital gears that move bits around the company. My core competencies include NetSuite, Celigo, Sophos, HP/Aruba, Dell, and Apple, as well as help desk support, system deployment, and vendor relationships. I am passionate about delivering innovative and efficient solutions that meet the needs of the business and the customers. In my role as a Technology Solutions Architect at Case-Mate, I have the privilege of being the "go-to guy" for a wide range of IT projects and tasks. I am responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the corporate LAN, the on-site data center, the office WiFi and end user gear, and the cloud-to-cloud synchronization of our logistics partners and online marketplaces into NetSuite CRM. I also provide web development and consulting services for other departments, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
