Establish a safe work environment for Clients, Customers and Staff by ensuring equipment safety and compliance with Sodexo safety and loss prevention programs.Assume General Manager responsibilities and authority in his/her absence.Supervises day to day work activities by delegating authority, assigning and prioritizing activities and monitoring compliance to operating standards. Ensure compliance with application of all Sodexo Quality Assurance and Regulatory standards within the contractually agreed upon scope of services. Established defined operating standards, develop and implement quality improvements and ensures direct reports and staff adhere to the standards and expectations. Assist with Management of Environmental Service budget by ensuring full compliance to extablished operating standards, monitoring cost (e.g. labor, inventory, equipment and material) and take corrective action as needed.

• Liaison between Clarus and Healthcare facility pertaining to linen requirements• Attend Nursing and Administration Bed Huddle Meetings as required• Oversee a team assuring that adequate linen supply is being delivered to specified distribution locations within the facility• Communicate daily with direct supervisor on any quality and/or service concerns• Communicate daily with healthcare facility staff and management on linen usage needs0• Continuous education on linen utilization with patient care as the focal of communication• Identify initiatives for improvement • Audit daily PAR requirements per healthcare facility unit• Identify resources needed to meet healthcare facility service requirements • Track product usage by department and report out at Linen Committee Meetings

Certified Nursing Assistant 2012 to 2017• Ambulate and transfer residents utilizing appropriate assistance devices and body mechanics• Turn and reposition residents every two hours or as needed• Make beds every day, changing linens per facility policy and as needed• Obtain vital signs as directed by the nurse• Care for incontinent residents• Measure and record intake and output• Pass out meals trays and feed or set up as needed. Document food and nourishment intake• Keep assigned residents’ bedside area clean all times and personal belongings in orderly arrangement• Assist with development and review of care plans in conjunction with nursing and other disciplines• Assist in orientation of new nursing assistants• Participate in in-service programs• Maintain proper infection control when handling clothing and linens• Detect, correct, and report to the change nurse any unsafe conditions, which may result in bodily injury or fire• Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and change in condition of the resident to the change nurse• Document on appropriate forms all personal care given to each resident• Communicate and observe the Corporate Program and comply with Code of Conduct
