Due to extensive knowledge and significant experience within the balancing role I was promoted to Senior Balancer for QLD. Providing OTD solutions to state balancers, following up on potential risks, providing 1st point of contact support to NBN, Field supervisors / technicians and Team Leaders, as well as mentoring staff each of day on best practices to achieve successful outcomes.

During my time in this role I was responsible for a number of tasks from running meetings, generating and analysing reports to inform decision making, assisting Field and WOC staff, managing the National mailbox and providing timely correspondence as well providing backup support to Team Leaders.

During my time in this role I assisted across many tasks from general admin and work closure, to before the day scheduling and eventually moved up to OTD scheduling where I successfully managed multiple states over my time within this role from Victoria to Queensland.

During my time as a system analyst in this role I provided IT Support to the local lend lease Depot for United Energy smart metering contract. Successfully procuring, setting up and providing support of PDA devices to 70+ Field Technicians, as well carrying out class room based training sessions. I also provided IT support to those within the office, from IT procurement, phone setup and deployment to general troubleshooting, as part of the UE project I also assisted in implementing and actioning change request's for the field via the field work management system.
