Battalion Senior Supply NCO- Senior Logistics (E-7/SFC)- Plans, coordinates, and executes entire Battalion’s Annual Budget ($150,000)- Coordinates the deployment of multiple teams throughout the world in one of the most deploying units in the Army National Guard- Logistically supports 3 separate companies, for all maintenance, supply, and equipment needs- Manages and coordinates shipping and receiving supplies throughout the nation and overseas in support of multiple deployments

Supply Sergeant-Logistics (E-6/SSG)- Created logistics strategy and lead the implementation for largest maintenance company in Colorado National Guard- Maintained, accounted for, and safeguarded over $8,000,000 dollars’ worth of organizational property- Planned, managed, and executed budget (annual budget of $90k)- Motivated, managed, and trained 6 Junior Enlisted Soldiers- Partnered with internal customers to optimize operations and budget constraints

Unit Administrator-Human Resources NCO (E5-SGT)- Managed monthly pay requirements for over 150 personnel on an annual, semi-annual, monthly, and weekly basis- Responsible for personnel record keeping for 150 people, as well as the safeguarding of all personally identifiably information- Managed the security and safeguard of over 150 individual medical records- Tracked, managed, and coordinated 150 personnel promotions

Command And Control Liaison (E-5- SGT)- Responsible for the training of over 16 Senior Officers and Enlisted Soldiers - Performed daily maintenance on 7 vehicles, 7 trailers, and 5 generators- Tracked and organized maintenance with external agencies to ensure 100% mission readiness at all times- Coordination with external agencies for Training, Maintenance, and Logistical requirements- During drill weekends, operated as a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic: - Performed Wheeled Vehicle Maintenance - Managed timesheets, to ensure scheduled work was accomplished within a given time period - Ensured 100% safety compliance in regard to vehicle standards and maintenance operations
