I'm a retired Senior Homicide and Sex Crimes Detective who has dedicated his entire life to serving others beginning a law enforcement career when I was 20 years old. I was a member of the TACC Team, was a Hostage Negotiator, was on the Sheriff’s Office Rescue Dive Team and attended Psychology classes at the University of Central Florida. I was a member of the Child Protection Team as a Forensic Interviewer for abused children and was a Blood Spatter Analyst.My involvement with the Central Florida Navy League began in 2011. After suffering a spinal injury when I was injured in the line of duty, I was forced to retire early and found a second calling with the Navy League.  Now as a board member, a volunteer position, I'm continuing my dedication to the youth as the CFNL’s Youth Programs and Scholarship Director.  I am the Navy League liaison to more than 2200 cadets in 14  local High School JROTC units, eight Sea Cadet Units and two college ROTC Units.After three years as the Race Manager, I became the Race Director for the Wounded Warfighter Lone Sailor 5K/10K in 2017.  I sit on the Lone Sailor Memorial Committee, the Navy Ball Committee and help manage the social media and web presence for the Navy League. I was a member of the Communications team for the National US Navy League in Washington DC and am also an Ensign and Executive Officer for the US Naval Sea Cadets Corps.
