Recruiting Coordinator
Current- Manage the flow of candidates thorough the recruitment process via interview schedules
- Work closely with job candidates, external recruiters and agencies, headhunters and other human resource professionals in support of a business’s hiring needs
- Manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work
- Support multiple recruiters simultaneously for 2 separate verticals with accuracy
- Arrange travel, hotel, car rental and reimbursements for job candidates
- Schedule face to face interviews and act as a liaison between company and the candidate
