Leadership Cultivation: Partner with CEO's and executive management, teams and entrepreneurs to provide support in developing those seeking to enhance their skills and talents for marketability and growth through executive or small business development coaching, strategic mapping, and goal creation. Teaching how to identify and navigate through barriers, increase performance and leverage talents to assist in positioning for growth, viability and profitability. Program Development: Collaborate with organizations, to create, organize and deliver successful programs and trainings. Perform needs assessments and lead ideal generation for creative concepts, goal implementation and time-driven delivery that positively affects the end user and supports bottom line development that impacts sustainability for stakeholders.
