Scaffold Logistics provides scaffold project management, design and engineering, hire and sales, and labour services to the construction industry, and is one of the largest scaffolding companies in Australia.Key Responsibilities & Highlights:- Managing the day-to-day operations and overseeing up to 80 employees on high-profile, high-value infrastructure projects- Providing end-to-end project management to ensure projects are completed on time and budget- Providing management, leadership and drive to large teams- Identifying and seizing sales opportunities to sell to sites across Victoria, including scaffold sales, access solutions, labour requirements, scaffold design and process reviews- Managing project financials, including quoting and project variations- Managing compliance to the company’s policies and procedures, and ensuring safety and quality plans are implemented- Conducting regular site visits to ensure quality, safety and customer service standards are upheld- Preparing project documentation, including SOPs and Work Method Statements- Leading the team in the provision of responsive, timely and effective customer service- Identifying and implementing process efficiencies that improve standards and job processes, and increase profitability and customer satisfaction- Overseeing the design of systems- Building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders, including executives, clients, project engineers and supervisors- Have successfully managed operations and sales on high-profile jobs including the Metro Tunnel Project, Westgate Project, Level Crossing Removal projects in the Southern region and Melbourne Park redevelopment.
